Volunteer Planning Meeting

2025 was great, 2026 ahead! We did a lot in fall of 2025; Family Promise, UGM camp prep & Meals on Wheels, Embrace & Santa Express, whew! It was all super fun. I hope you enjoyed the projects too :)

Location for meeting - The Hive - “Event Room E” which is to the right when you enter the building.

I will try to get an agenda out via the distribution list before the meeting.

We will grab a bite afterward for those interested. Where? We’ll figure that out later.

If you are new, come on along and check us out. Please do review our ground rules. Project ideas come from our group members and we discuss them. We have had a few successes: Embrace Washington, Habitat for Humanity, Homeless Connect, UGM’s summer camp & Second Harvest. Let’s have some more. I do try to keep us on track, it’s easy duty though.
