What we’re about

If you’re neurodivergent and benefit from coworking/bodydoubling, join us for coworking sessions held weekly!

When: Every week, on a week night, from 6 to 9 PM.
Where: Near Glasgow Central Station
(These are subject to change based on our circumstances/location feasibility.)

Who can join?

There are only two requirements:
You are neurodivergent (diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or suspected) and it affects your ability to get things done.
You think you’ll benefit from body doubling! (https://www.oxfordcbt.co.uk/adhd-body-doubling/)

We will meet in groups of 5-8 to ensure that everyone gets a chance to share their goals.

Details:

We are two neurodivergent people looking to build a supportive, non-judgmental group of people that can benefit from weekly accountability and knock things off our to-do lists together.

We have structured these meetups so that we're able to buckle down and work on set tasks in a 3-hour period. We’ll have time to plan our tasks, share our goals and progress, and work together, with a break in the middle.
We recommend that you come prepared with a rough idea of what you want to accomplish in the session. :))

As we start meeting regularly, we plan to build a system of holding each other accountable for tasks between sessions. We’ll share our progress weekly, celebrate our wins, and review our setbacks non-judgmentally!

About us:

Daniel is an ADHDer working in education and studying part-time, and is passionate about creating communities and fostering support networks. Ananya, who has auDHD and works in mental health, has previously facilitated informal body doubling and peer support groups.

Parking and Public transport:

There is plenty of parking nearby and you can travel to Glasgow Central by train, St. Enoch by subway, and there are plenty of bus routes to here! If you need help with figuring out your transport, you can message us.

Note about accessibility:

You can get in touch with requests to make this meetup more accessible for you. We can talk about what you need and we’ll try our best to accommodate reasonably!

You can also get in touch if you have any questions.
