Not your typical “self-help” group.

GTKY is where you come when you’re done pretending you’re fine, but still trying to figure out what’s actually going on inside you.

We’re talking patterns, emotions, relationships, overthinking, burnout, attachment issues and all the stuff you usually push aside until it explodes.

This is a space for real inner work. Not just talking about it… but actually shifting it.

Through guided group sessions, we explore:

why you repeat the same emotional patterns
why relationships hit the same way every time
how your body holds stress, memory, and emotion
how to regulate instead of suppress
how to actually understand yourself (not just overthink yourself)

No pressure to be “fixed.” No spiritual bypassing. No fake positivity.

Just honest work, real conversations, and a space where you don’t have to perform.
