We're a cinema, club, bar & meeting place in the heart of Eindhoven.
In LAB-1 you can work, play games, chill out or relax in the evening with a drink in our cinema bar. You can watch the best Hollywood, music, art-house, classic and documentary films in one of our four cinemas and attend a comedy evening, quizz, concert or event in our event space.
Our place stands for retro, cosiness, dynamics and creativity, a place to enjoy, hang out and feel at home.
Get together at our place with your (newly made) friends and attend or join one of our many cultural activities.

On Saturday, November 29th, LAB-1 and Imagine Fantastic Film Festival Amsterdam join forces for a special day full of fantasy, horror, and science fiction.
Imagine is the largest festival for Fantastic Film in the Netherlands — an ode to everything strange, magical, dark, and inexplicable. After the 2025 edition in Amsterdam, the festival tours the country with five audience favourites — and of course, LAB-1 in Eindhoven couldn’t be left out!
During The Best of Imagine, you’ll dive into a film program filled with bizarre worlds, absurd humour, revenge, and claustrophobic tension.

12:10 – Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie (95 min) – Time travel, musical chaos, and pure mockumentary madness.
14:10 – The Last Viking (116 min) – Sneak preview of Anders Thomas Jensen’s newest epic adventure starring Mads Mikkelsen.
16:50 – The Forbidden City (138 min) – Italian martial arts meets crime thriller in the underworld of Rome.
19:35 – Mārama (89 min) – A Māori woman travels from New Zealand to England in 1859 to take revenge on the man who destroyed her family. Gothic revenge horror.
21:30 – Flush (70 min) – A claustrophobic, cocaine-fueled thriller set in the men’s bathroom of a nightclub.

Dutch Conversation Club Eindhoven
LAB-1, Keizersgracht 19, Eindhoven, NB, NLWe are hosting a free and informal conversation in Dutch in LAB-1.
We welcome every international who would like to improve his/her/their Dutch conversation skills.
Every time we have a different subject to focus on, we talk about living in the Netherlands, the culture and habits, nice places to visit or we can play language games.

Bell's Comedy Club (English Stand-Up Comedy Night)
LAB-1, Keizersgracht 19, Eindhoven, NB, NLBell's Comedy Club is hosting comedy nights in LAB-1 especially for internationals in and around Eindhoven. Local Irish comedian Stephen has been touring around Europe and beyond for years and chooses his favorite comedians to perform in LAB-1!
The room opens at 20:00.
