We can check out the exhibition afterwards.

Dreaming occurs during sleep, and sleep is essential for all aspects of mental and physical health. In this talk, we will explore the wonder and science of dreaming, including the building blocks of dreams (our memories), how dreams reflect our emotions and emotion processing, and how we can improve our sleep – with a whole host of beneficial consequences!
Join Professor Caroline Horton, Director of DrEAMSLab at Bishop Grosseteste University and trustee of the British Sleep Association for this talk that draws on the themes of the exhibition Between Sleeping and Waking.
