Home-made Tomato & Basil Soup – served with a toasted cheese croute

King Prawn and Salmon - salad leaves topped with juicy Prawns, Sundried Tomato mayo and Scottish Smoked Salmon

Deep Fried Brie Parcels - served on mixed leaves with a cranberry dressing

Fans of Seasonal Melon served with Cranberried Winter fruits and mixed coulis.

The Main Event

Roast Norfolk Turkey – served with pigs in blankets, Cranberry stuffing and roast jus

Chargrilled Chicken Breast - filled with Brie and wrapped with smoked bacon served on mixed leaves with a tomato & Basil sauce.

Braised Beef with roasted vegetables - served on a horseradish mash.

Roasted Rump of Welsh Lamb - served on a bed of roasted vegetables, rose wine sauce.

Baked Dill Coated Fillet of Salmon served on Horseradish Mash with a lemon and dill Butter sauce and a crisp Salad.

Meat Free

Vegetarian Wellington – filled with butternut squash, cranberry and beetroot filling baked in a puff pastry case and served with a caramelised onion vegetarian gravy.
