Once more unto the hill, dear friends!

Join us for an epic night of Shakespeare under the stars as the Houston Shakespeare Festival presents Henry V—a tale of courage, kingship, and glory.

We’ll be gathering on the grassy hillside (no tickets needed for hill seating!) so bring a blanket or low chair, your favorite snacks and sips, and settle in for a night of powerful theatre, sweeping speeches, and the kind of storytelling only Shakespeare can deliver.

What to expect:

  • Live performance of Henry V
  • Outdoor seating on the lawn—no tickets required
  • Bring your own food, drinks, and comfy seating
  • Optional: arrive a little early to grab a good spot

🕖Show starts at 8:15 PM but we’ll be there early to snag space and relax.

Directed by Jack Young, this stirring production journeys from the trenches of Agincourt to the splendor of the French courts. You’ll laugh, you’ll cheer, you might cry—but mostly, you’ll be glad you came.

This is a great chance to enjoy some culture, meet new folks, and support the arts in true Houston style.

Rain or shine, the show must go on—so dress for the weather (meaning heat!!) and let’s make it a memorable night. Let me know if you're coming so I can look for you on the hill!
