The AFRICAN JOY Online African Dance Class is a place where women of all ages and fitness levels can experience the wonder of African Dance! 💃🏾

Whether you are new to African Dance or a seasoned veteran. I have something for you! I break the steps down so that everyone can LEARN & PARTICIPATE fully! 👍🏿

I even do a SEATED VERSION of each step! You can literally DO MY ENTIRE CLASS SEATED if you want do! 🪑 That’s right, grab your chair and come on!
