Our Vision: To bring more LOVE, kindness, and compassion to the world first by emulating it in our own lives and then creating a positive movement inviting people to choose kindness, choose, compassion, and choose to be more LOVING in their thoughts, words, and actions.

Chair Yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really supportive and beneficial. In this 45 minute online live class, you will bring your awareness and integrity into the body, activate the muscles that help you find length up through the spine for better posture, energy flow and deep relaxation.

I was was an office worker and now a yoga taichi instructor. Having had experience sitting for long hours in front of computer, I am looking forward to sharing simple yoga and meditation exercises that can help you to reset and recharge your day.

In this series of 45 minutes classes, you will learn how to sense, activate, balance and align your chakras and discover a path to a sustained health, happiness, and peace.
