This is an easy hike accessible for everyone- all skill levels can enjoy it.

The trail is 10 feet wide and paved for 2.25 Miles. Stroll along the shores of the Catawba River. There are flat areas as well as up and downhill stretches. Along the trail are benches. garbage cans and bridges. This is a mixed use trail for walking, running, & biking, and it is part of the Carolina Thread Trail System. It is handicap accessible so this is a great opportunity a to help a disabled child, friend or relative enjoy the outdoors. Located just down I 77 in Rock Hill. Come see one of the Carolina's best natural resources at your doorstep. Take 77 south and exit (82B-A) to N. Cherry Rd/Us 21 (turn Left). go .89 miles and turn right (B-4 the bridge) on Dunkin's Ferry Rd., Then first Left onto Terrace Parkway, At end of Rd take left onto Herron's Ferry Rd and go to end and park.
