We've been exploring this park for decades and finally believe we can offer a route for those who literally live on the edge. This is the second time this hike is being offered and the 10 hikers who joined in last time loved it.

We'll begin with a leisurely start form the Park Office Lane access at 8:15 am, follow the Crowder's Trail and Up Rock Top Trail to the pinnacle of Crowder's Mountain and the overlook.

From there it gets Tricky. We'll rock hop across the Crowder's Ridge to the north Face where the Rock Climbers frequently repel. We will then work our way down through a Chasm to the backside trail.

We'll take a quick bushwhack to the secret mine and then return back to the Crowder's Trail and the Park office starting point.

This hike includes bouldering, ledges, and cliffs and a mine/tunnel. There will not be any cliff climbing or repelling, but this hike is not for the feint of heart or anyone with a fear of heights. If you are an adrenaline junkie you will get your fix.

Bring water and snacks. This hike will take 4-4.5 hours to complete and cover about 9 miles. It will feel like more. Due to the climbing and bouldering this his hike will not be appropriate for dogs.
