White Rock Falls. 4.6 moderate miles

This hike should be lovely after our recent rain. The waterfall should be running on this 4.6 mile loop, which starts at mile marker 18.5 (White Rock Gap parking area) on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Here is the All-Trails description which notes a 980 foot elevation gain. https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/virginia/white-rock-falls-loop We will hike counterclockwise, up to Slacks Overlook, cross the Parkway, then down to the falls and then back to our cars. We will meet at 8:30AM and head out after introductions.
Notes:

• I am bossy about hydration so please bring water and drink it.
• We’ll stop for a quick snack at the falls.
• Leashed dogs are welcome.
