Ivy Creek Natural Area ~ 6 miles/~ 800 feet elevation gain

Come explore all the trails (almost) in Ivy Creek Natural Area. This will be an easier, pleasant hike to keep us on the trails during the heat of the summer. We will hike around and through Ivy Creek Natural Area starting south from the parking lot on the Red Trail. We will follow this route:

Red>Green>Red>Orange>Peninsula>Orange>Red>Blue>North Field>Red>Brown>Red>White>School>Red

There will be an optional tailgate in the parking lot at the end of the hike. Since the hike is shorter, that may be where we take lunch. Bring a chair, a beverage and a snack at your discretion.

Weather: If inclement weather necessitates canceling or postponing the hike, the decision will be made no later than 7:00AM - cancellations will be posted on the hike comments section. Steady rain with not much chance of clearing and/or dangerous conditions will call for postponing the hike.
RSVP: If you find that you are NOT going to be able to attend the hike, please update your RSVP to “No” as soon as possible. This allows those on the waitlist to have the opportunity to attend.
