PLEASE NOTE - This is a borderline Moderately Strenuous/Strenuous Hike. There are no vetting questions for this hike. However, hikers should expect this hike to be a very good workout with multiple vista points along the Appalachian Trail in the North District of Shenandoah National Park. Hike Highlights - Jenkins Gap, North Marshall, South Marshall, Multiple Vista Points, Appalachian Trail

Hike Details - This is an out and back hike from Jenkins Gap to the summits of South Marshall and North Marshall via the Appalachian Trail. We will start from Jenkins Gap and hike up to the summits of North Marshall first and South Marshall second. At South Marshall, we will turn around and retrace our steps back to Jenkins Gap. There will be an optional post hike at Elkwallow Wayside. Please bring a food item to share with the group at the optional post hike.
