Let's get out and walk on the paved trail in Waynesboro.
I talked to the Greenway park and recreation and the trail is safe to walk.
The South River Greenway is an asphalt paved trail, shared-use path that runs 4 miles In and OUT along the South River, a Virginia Scenic River, from Loth Springs Trailhead (near the YMCA) to North Park.
Temp. will be in ~ 50F. and sunny.
This 14-acre park is bordered by the South River and the South River Greenway. North Park offers picnicking, youth lighted baseball field, lighted basketball court, playground, wild life and river access (kayak/canoe ramp and fishing).
Address: We will meet at the parking area at North Park 800 Bridge Avenue, Waynesboro, VA: Date February 10, 2026 (Tuesday) at 11 AM.

Dog Policy: You are welcome to bring well behaved pups join - must be on a leash and please pick up after your pet.
