Class Details:
Fire up your metabolism with high-intensity dance cardio and intervals of targeted strength training. This circuit-based class provides a dynamic workout that boosts stamina and supports bone health. All levels. High intensity. Low Impact modifications provided.

We will meet me at 10:45 AM at 1739-C Allied Lane, Charlottesville, VA-22902.
You will be signing a liability waiver upon arrival and class will start at 11 AM.
What to bring:
Yoga mat
water
wear relax fit clothes
Exercise weights will be available.
