King Family Polo Matches
Details
Event Details - In what has become an annual kickoff to the start of summer in the Charlottesville area. We will attend one of the first Polo Matches at King Family Vineyard on Sunday, May 31st. We will meet promptly at 8:30 AM in front of Henley Middle School/Brownsville Elementary School to form a carpool of no more than 3 cars to get in line at the vineyard. It is first-come/first-serve to get the best spots along the field for the polo matches I want to get a good spot for our group along the field for our tailgate and tents. Every should bring a food item to share with the group. In addition, everyone should be willing to buy a bottle of wine for the group during the day.
Important Details - We are going to need one to two tents and tables for this event to happen. If we don't get at least one tent and table, this event will not happen. Everyone should bring a chair or blanket in addition to the food item.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL!!!!!!!! A COUPLE YEARS AGO OUR GROUP WAS ALMOST KICKED OUT BECAUSE SOMEBODY IN OUR GROUP BROUGHT OUTSIDE ALCOHOL VIOLATING VIRGINIA ABC LAW. DON'T BRING OUTSIDE ALCOHOL
