Located in Northeastern Albemarle County - Preddy Creek Park is a picturesque landscape offering up numerous hiking trails. On this day we will traverse up to 5 miles on several trails - primarily the outer trails, through rolling hills and a tranquil forest.

Preddy Creek Park is located at 3690 Burnley Station Road, Charlottesville, 22911

At the conclusion of our outing - for those that are interested - we can hold a potluck gathering at The Barn at 678 - located in Barboursville, VA - https://www.barnat678.com/. Refreshing drinks - including wine and beer - are available. There is also plenty of outdoor and indoor seating.

What To Bring for the Outing at Preddy Creek:

--wear a good pair of broken in hiking and/or walking shoes
--trekking poles - if you have them
--snacks and at least 1 liter of water or an electrolyte flavored drink
--for Dogs - dogs must be on a leash throughout the hike - please bring what you need to clean-up - "Leave No Trace"
