FREE - Pilate Class at Kings Family Vineyard, Crozet

Please come and join me for a one hour FREE pilate/yoga outdoor class at the Kings Family Vineyard, 6550 Roseland Farm, Crozet, VA 22932, at 5:15 PM. Class starts at 5:30 PM.
The class will be taught by certified Pilate and yoga Instructor, Ms. Juanita Franke, NCPT.
Things you need to bring:
1. Yoga mat
2. Water
3. Wear comfortable clothes.
Weather: If plans change due to weather I'll update in the comments section.
