Patricia Ann Byrom Moderate Hike

The Patricia Ann Byrom Forest Preserve is a 600-acre Albemarle County. Park provides beautiful views with wildlife spotted frequently.

We’ll hike Crooked tree trail to the Little Flat Mountain Loop with a 1000 to 1200 ft. elevation gain. (I will decide which trail to do depend on the weather).

I have hiked this trail and I was happy to have my poles since trail.

Steep and Very moderate : This is a 3 to 5 miles hike:

What to Bring/Wear: water/snacks, good hiking shoes and hiking poles.

Weather: If plans change due to weather I'll update in the comments section.
Dog Policy: You are welcome to bring well behaved pups join - must be on a leash and please pick up after your pet.
