FREE - Hatha Gentle Flow Yoga
Details
Please Note: I am extending adventure walk after our yoga class.
This is great opportunity to experience the rolling hills of 38 communities and 1400 homes in the Forest Lakes neighborhood. Share an easy 2 miles, approx. 1 hour asphalt paved trail which passes all 5 lakes in the community. In addition to the lakes, this walk will showcase two mini foot bridges, one tunnel, along with the street and forest views of residential properties.
The yoga class takes place in the South Pavilion. This walk will start from the North Pavilion. We will drive/carpool for approximately 5 minutes, park and begin our walk when everyone has gathered.
This is totally OPTIONAL. Our friend Sharon will guide the path.....
Please let me know if you would only like to come for a walk after 10 AM you can come and meet me at Forest Lakes South Soccer Field.
