We are Durham’s recreation group…..Get off the couch and get out there and LIVE LIFE! Our group is for adults of ANY age, whether you’re 18 or 40+. We aim to foster a feeling of belonging and contributing to the mental and physical health of Durham Region.  We offer a place where you can meet new friends from all over Durham.  Come join us!
