🥾 4.4mi Hike - Los Gatos Area

Join us for a easy/moderate 4.4 mile hike to start the weekend! It'll be in Los Gatos area off Hwy 17 (about a 10-minute drive after exiting).

⏰ Step off time: 7:45AM
🏁 Aim to end by: 9:45AM
🅿️ Parking: Limited off-street dirt parking
🤑 Park fees: No park/entrance fees
🐶 Dogs: Dogs on leash allowed. Bring waste bags!
🚻 Restrooms: Single porta potty at trailhead
💧 Stay hydrated and bring water!
🥾 Please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes or trail runners—gravel/dirt can be loose in spots; avoid flip-flops or smooth soles.

Trail conditions:

• 4.4 mi out and back trail to a reservoir (NOT LEXINGTON, check group chat for trailhead info)
• Minimal elevation change
• Mostly shaded, wide gravel/dirt trail (maintained by water company)
• Passes by a couple streams, then we'll turn back at a reservoir (NOT LEXINGTON, check group chat for trailhead info)

Road conditions: It'll be a windy road up to the trailhead after exiting Hwy 17. Take it slow!
