Mid-Week Evening Walk - Rowlands Castle to Stansted (4 miles approx)

Please join me on a mid-week evening circular walk from Rowlands Castle through to Stansted. Our route will take us up around the edge of Stansted, coming out onto the green mile. We then have a short walk along the road before turning down by Stansted Sawmill and cutting through a farmyard. We then walk along a decent track and through a field before hitting the green mile for the return stretch.

Pub stop available at the end if anyone needs this!

Parking in Rowlands Castle is either in residential side roads, or there is a car park along The Fairways next to the recreational ground which is free. The meeting point for the start of the walk is by Bumblebees Cafe on the green.

Please note that I am not an official walk leader and everyone undertakes this walk at their own risk. Other than the very short but steep incline at the start, the walk is on open grassland or well-defined tracks.
