Standing with Giants - Fort Nelson

'For Your Tomorrow - The People's Tribute' is an art installation of life-size silhouettes representing the 1,475 servicemen under British Command who gave their lives on D-Day and 50 French resistance fighters. The installation has been created by charity Standing with Giants.

Fort Nelson, overlooking Portsmouth, is a fitting location for the art installation and its return to Portsmouth will be a symbolic homecoming for those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Tickets are free, but there is a suggested £5 donation per booking to help Fort Nelson cover the some of the costs of hosting the installation.
This is a thought-provoking and powerful tribute to those who gave their lives for our freedom.

Please book your ticket for Sat 8th Nov at 11.00 am. The meeting point will be just outside the main entrance at 10.45 am.
