Hayling Billy Walk (approx 4.5 miles)

This is the postponed walk that was due to take place on Monday 20th October.

Our walk starts from Hayling Holt car park (signposted Hayling Nature Reserve) and we walk down the Billy Trail. We'll continue on down through Staunton Avenue to the beach, then walk along the seafront towards Eaststoke, stopping at the end of the walk at the Islay Bay Seafront Kitchen where we can stop for lunch.

Given the unpredictability of numbers attending on the day, I won't book a table, so we'll have to take our chances when we get there.

NOTE: THIS IS A LINEAR WALK AS WE WILL CATCH THE BUS BACK TO THE START. Those who don't have a bus pass, the bus fee is £3. Buses are roughly every 15 minutes, so we won't have to wait long after our walk/lunch is over to get back to the start.

Parking is available at Hayling Holt (signposted Nature Reserve), or alternatively you can park in residential side roads in and around Victoria Road which is on the opposite side of the main Havant Road.
