Farlington Marshes walk (approx 5 miles)
Details
Join me for a brisk walk around Farlington Marshes to Broadmarsh slip way and then back along the Solent Way.
Farlington Marshes, one of the Wildlife Trust’s oldest nature reserves, is a coastal wildlife expanse with internationally important populations of wading birds and wildfowl.
Dogs on a lead are welcome.
There is a rough path that runs for approximately 2.5 miles around the outer sea wall. This path is exposed to wind and sea spray and can be uneven in places.
Please note that I am not a walk leader and this walk will be a group of friends walking together; each of us taking responsibility for our own safety and wellbeing.
Please ensure you wear appappropriate clothing and footwear and carry your own first aid essentials.
