South Hayling Walk - approx 6 miles

Please join me on a Sunday morning walk along the shoreline down at South Hayling.

We will start from Eaststoke Corner (meet outside the public toilets/Hayling Light Railway) and do this walk in reverse. This time we'll walk down to The Ferry Boat Inn via the shoreline. The little cafe may be open, but please bring refreshments for a mid-walk break here. Our return journey will take us up through the wooded area and back to our start point.

Please note that this walk may not suit anyone who struggles with walking on pebbles/shingle as the beach part does have areas where crossing pebbles/shingle is unavoidable.

We can call into the Isla Bay Kitchen for after-walk refreshments if anyone wants to stop.

There is free parking in most of the residential roads around the area, or alternatively you can park in the car parks on the beach front, but please note charges may apply.
