A Regency Garden.
Details
For lovers of historical horticulture this is a visit to a genuine Regency Garden with an opportunity to meet for a chat with the volunteers who maintain and nurture this award winning example. There will be an informal conducted tour of the gardens which we are told are at their best at this time of the year. A small snippet of information to give you an insight into this venue is that within the gardens there are no plantings of varieties which were/are available after 1850.
There is no specific charge associated with this event but I’m sure that having experienced the elegance of the gardens and the enthusiasm of the volunteers we will each be able to make a donation towards the upkeep.
If you decide that you wish to join us in a visit to this hidden gem please do your utmost to attend as this is a number restricted event. There are only a total of eleven spots available so please help me keep up my enthusiasm for arranging these bespoke events, thank you.
