Bad weather policy -
After 5 years of saying “the show goes on no matter what”, we are changing our policy for outdoor shows. The following is cast iron and with no deviation but we hope it gives you more insurance that you won’t lose your money.
IF, when we wake on the day of the outdoor show, rain/snow/hail is bouncing, sideways, stormy weather then we will call off the show. In this instance we will then give everyone a credit to use on any future show.
As a small business we will still have incurred thousands of pounds having to still pay the stage hire and staff and all the acts for the show that won’t happen, so for this reason we really can’t refund, but you can use the tickets for any future show, whenever you want, by just choosing one and contacting us.
SO. To reiterate. This isn’t a “weather doesn’t look great so can we have a refund or move our tickets” situation. If we believe the weather is simply too bad to put on a good outdoor show then WE will announce it on the morning of the show on this Facebook page as well as all our other socials, but ticket holders will NOT be emailed so check our pages for info on the morning.
We hope this gives ticket holders some assurance that whatever tickets you buy, you’ll get to see some comedy, albeit maybe not on the night you were expecting due to awful weather on the day.
(If it’s a bit windy or a bit showery, then the show will go on. If it’s atrocious then we’ll call it - and announce it on the morning of the show.)
We really do want to put on these great fun outdoor shows for you and are really looking forward to it and have only had 4 showery/rainy days out of 35 shows (with one very bad rainy day) since 2020, so the odds are very good for a great summers evening of laughter and we can’t wait to laugh with you 🥰
