It isn't forcing clients to 128 tick (even though the commands are in configs) so you will want to set your rates manually before connecting. Here is the rates string I have but if anyone has a better one then post in comments

CSGO - 40 player draft tournament
- signup individually or with one buddy
- we will make balanced teams for an all day tournament
Overwatch - gathering and matches
- multiple activities throughout the day
- if we get 18 registrants then we can have small balanced teams tournament
Rocket League - gathering and matches
- custom matches throughout the day
- some 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 tournaments if we get enough players
15 venue fee + $5 tournament fee that goes to food/prizes

Schedule
8 AM - volunteer setup
10 AM - doors open, setup your computer, hang out
11 PM - activities start
5 PM - break for dinner
9 PM - completion, volunteer cleanup, etc

Equipment Rentals

$5 - Headset (Siberia 200)
$5 - Keyboard/mouse (Devastator II combo)
$5 - 60 hz monitor (variety)
$10 - 144 hz monitor (ASUS 24")
$10 - desktop tower w optional peripherals (~150 fps)
Food
Pizza and drinks around 6pm will be included as part of the base price. Snacks might be available at the venue concessions area but there are also many options in the surrounding block.
Location
Drafthouse Comedy (http://drafthousecomedy.com/) is in downtown DC just a few blocks from McPherson Square Metro. There are multiple parking garages in the surrounding blocks that have all day parking for $15. There is also many free parking spots on Sundays.
Rules for this Event
- All ages welcome, under 13 must have guardian present throughout the day. MeetUp says you must be 18 to join but you don't have to RSVP here to attend. Just be sure to register.
- No alcoholic beverages
- No excessive yelling (aka the Jasper rule, unless no present and Craw is then then we will refer to it as the Craw rule ;p)
- No yelling curse words
