March Gluten Free Supper
Details
When you RSVP, post your theme idea on the event discussion board, any allergies you have, and a gluten free dish you would like to bring that matches your theme. Once we have all the RSVP's we will vote and work on our menu :)
Theme: Tapas
Host/Location: Shelby's house in oside
Host: Main dish, drinks, etc.
Guests bring: sides & apps & desserts
Keep it Simple: The best tapas often have only 3 or 4 high-quality ingredients.
Some ideas that came from google lol:
- Datiles con Beicon: Dates stuffed with almond or cheese, wrapped in bacon.
- Gambas al Ajillo: Sizzling prawns cooked in olive oil, garlic, and chili peppers.
- Sangria: Red wine mixed with fruit and juice
- Jamón Ibérico or Serrano: Thinly sliced, high-quality cured ham.
- Manchego Cheese: A firm sheep's milk cheese, often served with quince paste (membrillo).
- Aceitunas: Spanish olives, frequently marinated with herbs and citrus.
