What we’re about

GHOST (Group of Horribly Optimistic STatisticians) is a student science club at the Poznań University of Technology that brings together students interested in artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistics, and data analysis. The group was founded in 2017 by computer science students who wanted to explore advanced methods and algorithms while developing their skills in an environment of shared passion and dedication.

We operate through various thematic sections, allowing each member to grow in their chosen field, from the basics of machine learning to advanced research projects. GHOST is also a community of enthusiasts that fosters collaboration, the exchange of experiences, and the building of inspiring academic relationships.

The club is supervised by Piotr Wyrwiński, with Adam Mazur as president, Zuzanna Drużyńska as vice-president, and Jan Łuczka as secretary. Together, we work hard to keep the club a place where members can share their passions and develop their talents.
