National Cinnamon Day!

Come celebrate National Cinnamon Day with Gig Harbor Social Crochet at Cutters Point in Uptown Gig Harbor on Saturday, November 1st from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

Enjoy Autumn with the wonderful flavor of cinnamon. Have a Cinnamon Macchiato or a Cinnamon Dolce Latte along with a Cinnamon-sprinkled pastry at Cutters Point. Bring brown and cinnamon-colored yarns to crochet a cozy neck scarf or a pair of mittens.

Bring your crochet projects, make some new friends.
All experience levels welcome. Just bring an interest in crocheting. There’s plenty of table space for your crochet materials. If you have experience crocheting, please bring some extra yarn and crochet needles to help anyone new to crocheting get started.

We hope to learn crochet stiches and patterns from each other. We are as unique and amazing as the things we can crochet – blankets, koozies, manatees, neck scarves, earrings, mittens… Relax, chat, and make some crocheting friends. Just focus on having fun and see what happens!

Sorry for the short notice. I have been trying to get this event put together for over a week - and I was just too excited about National Cinnamon Day to move it to another day. Hope you can make it!

Due to a number of head surgeries this year, with a few more on the schedule, I haven't been able to participate as much as I would like to in Gig Harbor Social Crochet this year.
