The first rest stop for both routes is at mile 25, **The routes split at mile 29**. Check the CUE Sheets for optional Rest Stops.

**Electric Bikes**

**These rides will have SAG.**
For paid members, please bring $3 for SAG. For non-paid members, please bring $5 for SAG. CASH APP $ZOAROO or give them EXACT CHANGE at the meetup, PLEASE! The SAG number will be provided at the ride.
Why do we have Support and Gear (SAG)? To ensure you and your bike get back to your car safely, if you have an accident, are not able to finish the ride, incur a mechanic, have medical issues, or maybe you have Biked off more than you can do. SAG will assist you in these matters. In other words, **Crap Happens!**

**PACE**:
A/B = Fast Touring 18-20+ mph AMS
C =Easy Touring 15 to 17 mph AMS
AMS (Average Moving Speed) may vary depending on terrain, traffic, and riders' ability.
**PRE-RIDE LOGISTICS:**

3. To make the ride-day sign-in quicker and easier, please provide your ride-day contact info via the RSVP questions so the Ride Leader/Organizer can have it in case of an emergency on the day of the ride. Your information will be kept private and visible only to the Ride Leader/Organizer.

***CYCLIST RESPONSIBILITIES:***

1. Arrive early and be ready to leave on time.
2. ***FOR SAFETY REASONS (NO LOUD MUSIC)-HEADPHONES, PLEASE.*** We need everyone able to hear other riders, cars, etc. Single earpiece for Nav/GPS is okay. Best for Cycling [SHOKZ Headphones](https://shokz.com/)
3. HELMETS ARE MANDATORY! NO HELMET, NO RIDE.
4. CARRY A SPARE TUBE, PATCH KIT, PUMP, WATER BOTTLE, AND SNACK.
5. Carry identification and emergency money.
6. Practice safety and obey all traffic laws.
7. Do not "bike off" more than you can do. Go on rides within your ability, interest, and experience level.
8. If you get a flat tire, you must have a spare inner tube and change your tire.
9. **MAKE SURE YOUR BICYCLE IS IN PROPER WORKING ORDER BEFORE YOU ARRIVE!**
