Life is about embracing the grind, by reminding ourselves that our daily actions have a purpose.

Details
This is a virtual meet-up. You don't have to bring anything, but a desire to personally improve. No fees or donations.

We will work on practicing intentional gratitude by sharing life experiences and assuring each person is able to share one thing they are grateful for in their life.

The National Science Foundation found that humans have between 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day, with 80% being negative and 95% repeated from the previous day. That's up to 41 thoughts per minute, mostly negative and recurring. While our meeting may not change the number of thoughts we can make each thought more constructive.

The loose structure of the meeting will be:
Opening - Introductions
Meeting - Sharing / Practicing Intentional Gratitude
Closing - Next Meeting

The idea is to use the meeting as a way to express life's challenges, frustrations, or recent successes. The key is to help each other focus our day on starting each morning off with some morning awareness time to focus on beginning the day with a positive mindset.

My purpose is to offer an outlet to others who could use an accountability group to practice intentional gratitude. Studies show that accountability significantly increases the likelihood of achieving goals. If your goal is an improved life, then this is the first step.

Courtesy Rule
Sharing will be limited to 5 minutes depending on the number of participants.
