Details
Focus of the Group
This group is dedicated to helping one another stay accountable by practicing and sharing simple, effective daily habits. Our goal is to support each other through challenges and successes while making consistent, incremental improvements over time.
Topic for This Session
How to stop negative thinking snowball into the day, week and month.
### Flow/Agenda
1. Why we create self-sabotaging habits (10 minutes)
Understand the patterns and habits that hold you back, and why how they were developed.
2. How to identify self-sabotaging habits, and how to change (Group Discussion – 20 minutes)
Collaborative space where you can share experiences and, with support from the group, build new habits to improve our perspective. Bring your complaints, your success or your concerns since this is not about being judged, but about helping us change our perspective.
3. One small habit to shift your perspective (5 minutes)
Leave with one simple daily action that builds momentum and real change.
### Host
Hi, I’m Henry.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve developed practices that help me stay consistent and make incremental improvements, steering clear of some of my past self-sabotaging habits. I’ve lived a full life with many experiences, so I approach others without judgment—chances are, I’ve faced something similar myself.
I want to share what I’ve learned while also learning new strategies and insights from the group. Together, we can create a supportive space for growth, reflection, and meaningful progress.
