Our typical evening includes:

• Opening remarks and introduction of guests
• Introduction of functionaries (timer, ah counter, grammarian, wordmaster)
• Table Topics (impromptu speaking practice for members and guests)
• Prepared speeches (usually three speeches per evening)
• Speech evaluations (one per speech)
• Functionary reports
• Awards
• Closing remarks and guest feedback

Members: Please arrive early to help setup for the meeting and to meet guests.

Guests: Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and allow time to meet our members and be ready to introduce yourself and why you have decided to check out Gilbert Toastmasters.
