Intro to JavaScript

Details
JavaScript is the world's most popular programming language for a reason--it's the primary way to build interaction on the web. It also powers popular large-scale websites, web applications, and games such as NetFlix, Uber, the New York Times, Angry Birds, and more.
If you’ve already learned HTML and CSS, learning JavaScript is a logical next step.
No programming experience whatsoever? No problem! JavaScript is one of the most useful first languages to learn if you’re getting started with coding.
This beginner-friendly workshop will introduce you to the basics of JavaScript through a mix of lectures and hands-on exercises. By the end, you will learn about:
Variables and data types (Strings, arrays, etc)
Creating basic functions
Setting up if/else statements aka Conditionals
Using JavaScript to make a site/page do exciting things!
