Career Domination: How to Differentiate Yourself & Get Discovered
Details
You’ve put a lot of time into developing a killer resume – great job! Now, how do you get your resume – and yourself – in front of the right people to get noticed?
The equivalent of cold-calling is simply sending your resume into lots of job sites and/or to potential hiring managers either directly or through recruiting firms. The reason it’s comparable to cold-calling is because it’s a shot-in-the-dark and rarely works.
If you want to dramatically increase your chances of getting an interview with your dream companies, you need to be discovered. And the odds of your dream company finding you through LinkedIn or other professional networks are quite slim. There is so much “noise” and competition that you need to meaningfully differentiate yourself.
The good news is that you can be found – and not just found, but eagerly sought after. And it isn’t very hard.
In this class, you will learn the techniques to noticeably grow your visibility and marketability to prospective hiring managers, and significantly boost your chances of getting the interview and subsequently, the job.
This session is part of our Career Domination track which also includes the following two classes. Each of them is optional and does not require having attended a previous Career Domination workshop.
