She has been coding since 1999 and is currently the Interactive Development Director at Happy Cog (http://www.happycog.com/). Jenn also blogs regularly at the development focused site, The Nerdary (http://thenerdary.net/), maintains her own site (http://jennlukas.com/), contributes monthly to .net Magazine (http://www.netmagazine.com/), and is, of course, on Twitter (https://twitter.com/JennLukas).
Tech Requirements:
Your laptop. A modern browser with either Chrome (https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/) and the "Web Developer (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/bfbameneiokkgbdmiekhjnmfkcnldhhm)" extension or Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/) and Firebug (http://getfirebug.com/) installed. A text editor. We recommend Sublime Text 2 (http://www.sublimetext.com/2) (It's free and available for both Mac and PC). Note: The class is slightly higher in cost compared to the past for 2 reasons. 1) We're trying out a smaller class structure as previous reviewers have suggested and 2) We worked out an agreement with Indyhall which includes a small charge to host our classes so it's easier to find space. Please let me know if you have any questions.
