GGAI Boston is teaming up with Backyahd for an amazing strength class!
The class will include mobility, strength training and functional movement patterns to increase overall range of motion while learning proper technique.

We will meet at the Panera around the corner and head over together (or meet onsite if you prefer)! Afterwards lets reward ourselves with a beer at Dorchester Brewery!
