What we’re about
Making real friendships as an adult woman isn’t always easy. Between busy schedules, work commitments, and life’s many responsibilities, genuine connections often take a backseat.
Girl Talk exists to change that — by creating intentional spaces where friendships can flourish.
Girl Talk is a women’s community designed to make forming meaningful friendships easy, natural, and fun. We bring women together through curated small group meetups — from dinners and coffee dates to fitness activities and more — to build authentic connections beyond everyday small talk.
We can’t wait to meet you!

I’m organizing a small dinner in Toronto for women who are open to making new friends and having real conversations—no pressure, just good vibes, food, and connection.
It’s part of a new community I’m starting called Girl Talk—think curated group hangouts that bring women together in real life.
It’ll be a small group (about 5–7), and I’d love to have you join! Everyone just covers their own meal & drinks :)
If you would like to join please head to my website and sign up!

Join us for a Friday night dinner with Girl Talk — where meaningful conversations and new friendships take centre stage. You’ll be part of a small, curated group of 5–7 women, matched based on shared interests, so there’s no pressure — just real talk over great Italian food.
This dinner is curated for women aged 30–40, so you'll be connecting with others at a similar stage in life — making it easier to spark conversations and shared experiences!
If you haven't already, please fill out this form so we can continue inviting you, and matching you to women with similar hobbies and interests in the future.
