Our next Girlhood walk takes us to the historic Virginia Central Railway Trail in Fredericksburg. Once the path of a Civil War–era railway, it’s now a wide, paved trail shaded by tall trees and lined with quiet neighborhoods. The trail is flat, beginner-friendly, and perfect for catching up while getting some steps in.
Whether you’re in it for the history, the nature, or just the good company, this stroll is the perfect way to spend a September Saturday.

### What to Expect:
