DESCRIPTION
Caribbean movement from the West Indies originated from Africa, from isolating the body to compliment the rhythm and the bass of the music. From the most popular CARIBBEAN music hits from Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Virgin Islands and More. This high energetic class takes you on a cultural journey across all CARIBBEAN dance floors.
My class will start with a group stretching session to caribbean music followed by practice of foundational
Caribbean movements then followed with choreography.
These movements are most performed in social settings, carnivals and fetes mainly. Let our amazing CARIBBEAN instructor Jazmine be your guide and show you how to be a true WHYNING CHAMP. See you there!
