From Sur La Table:You will learn how to perfectly sear a steak and build a roasted garlic-herb compound butter that melts into every bite, alongside a Classic Shrimp Cocktail to start the evening right. Your Chef Instructor walks you through the techniques behind a flavorful Caesar Salad and a fully loaded baked potato for the ultimate steakhouse spread. The evening closes with a showstopping bread pudding finished in a rich brown butter bourbon sauce, a decadent twist on a classic finish.

RSVP: There will be event fees for certain events. We have to ensure we have an accurate count on attendees, reservations being made, and considerate of organizers preparation for event and accuracy to book at locations. As well as help cover the meetup fees that the organizer has to pay to meetup to keep group running. Overall this is to ensure we create a great organized and enjoyable experience for everyone!
