# 📚 Worth Reading: A Night of Books, Recommendations & Conversation

No assigned book. No reading deadline. No pressure. Just great books worth sharing!

Love discovering a book you can’t stop talking about? Join us for a fun and relaxed evening where everyone brings a favorite book and shares just enough about it to help the rest of us decide whether it belongs on our reading list.

Each guest will have a few minutes to tell us:
📖 What the book is about, without giving away the ending
❤️ What made you enjoy it
✨ Who you think would love reading it

Your book can be a recent favorite, an old favorite, fiction, mystery, romance, biography, historical fiction, self-improvement or anything else you believe is worth recommending.

By the end of the evening, we’ll each leave with a wonderful collection of new reading ideas chosen by women in our own group. Think of it as a live, personal recommendation list instead of a traditional book club discussion!

## **Optional Book Swap**

Have a book you’ve finished and are ready to pass along? Bring it for our optional book swap. Your recommendation book and swap book may be the same book, but they don’t have to be.
Please only bring a book you are comfortable giving away. Everyone who contributes to the swap may choose a new-to-them book to take home.

## What to Bring

• One book you would enjoy recommending
• An optional book for the book swap
• Your book title and author, plus a spoiler-free reason you recommend it
You do not need to prepare a speech, write a formal review or be an expert. Just come ready to tell us what you loved about your book and enjoy hearing what everyone else has been reading.

At the end of the evening, we’ll compile all of the titles into our own Girls Night Out Worth Reading List, so everyone will have plenty of ideas for what to read next.
