ABOUT YOUR COACH — LARA
Hey! I'm Lara. I'm 24, originally from Australia, and I've been boxing for 10 years.
I trained back home and fell in love with it. not just the sport, but what it does for you mentally and physically.
But here's the thing: I know how intimidating it can feel to try something new, especially in a gym where it looks like everyone knows exactly what they're doing. That pressure? That feeling of being "not ready"?
I've been there. And that's exactly why I started this class.
I wanted to create a space where you can just... try. No judgment. No pressure. Just real coaching, real support, and real people who are exactly where you are.
Boxing changed my life. I want to share that with you.
