Vintage Ephemera Cards

Journey back to the era of your grandparents!
If you love old fashioned books and stationery, then you will love making a stockpile of your own vintage cards and ephemera that can be used in card making, handmade journals, gift-wraps, invitations, and Vintage Journals.

In this class we will be replicating and refashioning the designs of yesteryear that resemble luggage tags, sewing cards, old letters and book pages that were found in your Grandma's era.

Supplied with your own craft pack filled with hand dyed, aged papers /cards, buttons, ribbon, lace, vintage images, stamped pieces, doilies, decorative card, text and sheet music, you will have so much fun learning ways to make all these elements come together to make a range of your own unique beautiful vintage stationery.

In this hands-on workshop we will:

• Learn the art of ageing paper to add depth and character
• Design cards and art pieces using vintage ephemera
• Apply embellishments like stitching, stamping, buttons & ribbons to cards
• Learn more about what life was like in this era
