Yoga is an exploration of our physical, mental and emotional selves. On the mat we make discoveries while experimenting with and expanding our boundaries. We will spend the first half of this class exploring our physical capacities with a dynamic vinyasa flow that will strengthen the muscles of our bodies and mind. The second half of class will be restorative, we will hold stretching postures for longer than perhaps is comfortable to gain flexibility while practicing patience, empathy and love with ourselves.
